Our client wanted to systematize their old website with a heavy product catalog in health supplements and health products and build e-stores for their customers and retailers. The client wanted us to transform the sales process and enhance the customer experience for the buyers shopping through their online store. The client wanted to upgrade to an advanced eCommerce website that would increase their sales & revenue.
Client Goals
The main goal of our client was to help retailers from different locations to get more business through improved online stores and boost overall revenue. Also, the primary focus was to minimize the overall operational costs and attain higher profit margins. They wanted to have a user-friendly platform that helps buyers shop without any hassles.
Features
Considering the requirements of the clients we had the challenge to launch and maintain several retail sites, quick retail site launch, build a smooth supply chain process that consists of external vendors, drop shipment, and other systems. Also, we had to offer a custom catalog for the retailers along with the flexibility to get control over their business. Hence we opted for the Magento platform that could accommodate several retail sites.
We developed and designed several themes to provide flexible design selection and changed the printed catalog to an e-catalog. We also built a flawless dropship workflow between client and retailer network and enabled a convenient retail solution supporting third-party catalogs. We created a clean, transparent, user-friendly, and responsive site that is compatible with all devices.
